Samantha Blake
Samantha Blake, Director

Samantha completed studies in Life Coaching, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Counselling and Hypnotherapy and has over 25 years in Administration.
It all started back in 2002 where she commenced studies in Social Work. After soon realising she wanted more, she wanted to help others in a more profound way…. This is where she started her personal growth journey into Life Coaching. To clear her funk so she could help others going through similar experiences.
Having children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Samantha appreciates the struggles and challenges that come of this. Such as, dealing with NDIS, therapists, the education system and so much more…
She is passionate about helping others reach their full potential, she is compassionate, friendly, and highly ethical practitioner who is currently studying a Bachelor of Psychology with University of SA.
Her hobbies are gardening, watching movies, and learning new things.
Samantha is a member of the Australian Counselling Association (ACA) and Australian Hypnotherapists’ Association (AHA) professional bodies.
She has special interest in Mental Health, Depression, Trauma, Grief, Stress & Anxiety.

Philip Day, Director

Philip completed studies in Life Coaching, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Time-Line Therapy ®, and Hypnosis. With over 25 years in the Building Industry.
Phil started his journey while in the Army at the tender age of 17. Where he learnt the importance of health and family-life balance resulting in developing a love of Triathlons where he completed his very first Iron Man in Cairns of 2016. Then continued to complete many other athletic events over the years. This sparked a desire to get better, better with his mindset. Sparking the interest in further studies and training in NLP and Hypnosis.
As he too has children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Philip also appreciates the many struggles associated with this.
He is passionate about helping others transform their lives. His hobbies are health & fitness, dad jokes, and having great conversations.
Philip is a member of AHA & ABNLP.
He has a special interest in Men’s Mental Health and physical wellbeing.
